俄羅斯總統普京18日對總理梅德韋傑夫領導的政府罕見提出公開批評，認為一些內閣部長沒有依照總統指示擬定財政政策。普京當天召集內閣部長在黑海城市索契舉行預算政策會議。他說，今後三年的財政預算草案沒有考慮他今年5月當選總統後所簽署總統令的要求。比如，他要求政府研究加快遠東地區開發，本月底前制定一個養老金改革方案，但都沒有在政府現有方案中體現出來。普京點名批評勞動和社會保障部長托皮林、地區發展部長戈沃倫和教育和科學部長利瓦諾夫，要求梅德韋傑夫作出申斥處罰。普京說，雖然這不是總統指責，他希望引起梅德韋傑夫註意。美聯社評論，普京向來保持政治盟友和政府內部團結，即使有矛盾也很少公開化，當天對內閣成員的公開訓斥“不同尋常”。俄羅斯科學院政治分析師安德烈·皮翁特科夫斯基說，這是普京對梅德韋傑夫的“敲打”，進一步加深今後數月可能出現內閣改組的猜測。 (據《新民晚報》)
