新華網基輔8月30日電（記者穆黎明）烏克蘭國傢安全與國防委員會秘書克柳耶夫30日在基輔舉行的新聞發佈會上說，獨聯體國傢自由貿易區協議對烏克蘭具有戰略意義，它有益於加強獨聯體各國的夥伴關系和成員國間的彼此利益。克柳耶夫表示，獨聯體國傢的市場是烏克蘭產品銷售的主要市場，獨聯體國傢自由貿易區協議將有助於烏克蘭制造商進入獨聯體國傢的市場。他說，2011年獨聯體國傢市場占烏克蘭外貿比重的42％，外貿金額達720億美元。克柳耶夫強調，獨聯體國傢自貿區協議不妨礙與歐盟自由貿易區的談判。此外，烏克蘭計劃與加拿大、以色列、摩洛哥等潛在業務合作夥伴簽署自由貿易協議的草約。據悉，烏克蘭議會7月30日通過法律，批準瞭獨聯體國傢自由貿易區協議。烏克蘭總統亞努科維奇8月9日簽署瞭該項法律。烏克蘭是繼俄羅斯、白俄羅斯後第三個批準該協議的獨聯體成員國。烏克蘭政府希望，獨聯體國傢自貿區協議生效之後，烏名義國內生產總值將增長47億美元，實際國內生產總值增長2．5％。2011年10月18日，俄羅斯、烏克蘭、白俄羅斯、哈薩克斯坦、吉爾吉斯斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、摩爾多瓦、亞美尼亞等8個獨聯體成員國在俄羅斯聖彼得堡簽署瞭新的獨聯體國傢自由貿易區協議，以取代1994年的獨聯體自由貿易區協議。(新華網)
