新華網比什凱克8月22日電（記者 關建武）吉爾吉斯斯坦議會執政聯盟領袖伊薩耶夫22日宣佈，由4個黨派組建的吉執政聯盟當天已經解散。伊薩耶夫告訴新華社記者，由於尊嚴黨和祖國黨相繼於21日和22日宣佈退出執政聯盟，執政聯盟已喪失議會多數派地位，因此宣告解散。他說，關於執政聯盟解散的正式公文已遞交吉議長和總統。據悉，尊嚴黨和祖國黨此前稱吉現任總理巴巴諾夫工作乏善可陳，國傢經濟持續下滑，因此兩黨不排除退出執政聯盟的可能。2011年12月，吉爾吉斯斯坦社會民主黨、共和國黨、祖國黨和尊嚴黨宣佈成立議會執政聯盟，推舉巴巴諾夫為總理候選人。隨後，巴巴諾夫在表決中贏得議會全體120名議員中的113票，以絕對多數的優勢當選為總理。巴巴諾夫是共和國黨創始人，曾在吉過渡時期政府擔任第一副總理職務。
